Welcome to Releaf. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to every order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, email us at info@releafsuperfoods.com and we will be happy to help.

1. Who we are

Releaf is operated by Releaf Superfoods Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We make our Super Greens & Probiotics powder in the UK and sell it to customers across the GCC: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.

2. Our products

Releaf Super Greens & Probiotics is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or living with a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.
  • Always follow the directions for use on the packaging and keep the product out of reach of young children.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order in limited cases, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we will let you know and refund any amount you have paid in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices on our store are shown in British pounds (GBP, £). Payment is taken at checkout and is processed securely by Shopify Payments and other standard payment providers. We may change our prices from time to time, but changes will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to GCC countries only: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Shipping is free on every order.

  • United Arab Emirates: next-day delivery, excluding weekends and national holidays.
  • Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain: delivered within 3 to 5 days.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched. If your order is delayed, email us at info@releafsuperfoods.com and we will put it right.

6. Our 60-day money-back guarantee

We want you to try Releaf properly, with no risk. Drink Releaf daily for up to 60 days, and if you are not satisfied, email us at info@releafsuperfoods.com and we will refund your first pouch, even if it is opened. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected.

7. Discount codes

We sometimes offer discount codes. Unless we say otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order and codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Our welcome code WELCOME10 gives 10% off your first order and can be used once per customer. We may withdraw or change a discount code at any time, but this will not affect an order you have already placed.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, branding, text, images and product formulations, belongs to Releaf Superfoods Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

  • Our products are supplied for personal use only and should be used as directed on the packaging.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from use of the product other than as directed.
  • We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.

10. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
