THE SCIENCE

Built gut-first. Backed by real nutrients.

No space-age buzzwords, no miracle promises. Just a formula built on one principle, absorption before everything, with benefit claims tied to authorised nutrient science rather than wishful thinking.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE FORMULA

Formulated by a nutritionist who needed it first.

Releaf was created by founder Hadi Maanna, who holds the RSPH Level 4 Award in Nutrition, the Level 5 Award in Advanced Nutrient Metabolism and the Level 5 Award in Nutrition & Immunity, all Ofqual-regulated UK qualifications.

He developed the formula over 8 months with UK product development teams, dietitians and food scientists, adjusting it 7 times before production. The standard was personal: nothing he wouldn't confidently give his own family.

PRINCIPLE 1

Absorption before everything

A nutrient you don't absorb is a nutrient you paid for and flushed away. Digestion and absorption happen in the gut, so instead of cramming in ever-longer ingredient lists, Releaf dedicates a whole blend to gut health.

Every 10g scoop delivers a digestive trio: 10 billion CFU of Lactobacillus acidophilus live cultures (the friendly bacteria family found naturally in the human gut), apple cider vinegar, and 2.5g of dietary fibre from whole plants like baobab and flaxseed.

PRINCIPLE 2

Four blends, four jobs

A formula should be an argument, not a shopping spree. Releaf's 19 ingredients are organised into four blends with one job each:

Nourish: nearly 3g of organic greens (barley grass, wheat grass, spirulina, spinach, chlorella) for daily plant coverage.
Defend: whole-fruit vitamin C from lemon, baobab and acerola, with acai, matcha and turmeric.
Energise: maca and reishi, adaptogens with centuries of traditional use.
Digest: the gut-first trio that makes the rest worth taking.

Every dose is printed on the label. If an amount ever changes, the label changes with it.

PRINCIPLE 3

Claims you can check

We only make health claims that regulators have authorised for specific nutrients, and we think that's a feature, not a bug. Releaf's benefit statements are anchored to the nutrients each serving actually delivers:

Vitamin C (30mg · 30% NRV) contributes to normal immune system function, normal collagen formation for normal skin, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and increases iron absorption.

Vitamin A (250µg · 31% NRV) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and normal immune function.

Fibre (2.5g per serving) is a genuine source of dietary fibre, as stated on pack.

Made properly

  • Certified & Registered by Dubai Municipality - Made in the UK

Blended by Impact Foods in Kent, to UK food safety standards, not drop-shipped from an anonymous facility.

  • Certified organic ingredients

All 19 botanical ingredients are certified organic, grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers.

  • Full-dose transparency

Every ingredient amount is printed on the label. No 'proprietary blend' hiding a pinch of the good stuff.

  • Allergen honesty

Made in a facility that handles nuts, mustard, celery, sesame and soya, and we say so, clearly, everywhere.

What we won't claim

Releaf is a food supplement, not a medicine. It won't 'detox' you (your liver does that), it won't cure anything, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling you a story.

What it will do is make the good habit easy: 19 organic superfoods, real-fruit vitamin C and 10 billion live cultures, every single morning. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; they should support one.
