Delivery is free on every order to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. No minimum spend, and no surprise fees at checkout.

For Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

• United Arab Emirates: 2 to 3 business days, free on every order.
• Saudi Arabia: 3 to 5 business days, free on every order.
• Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain: 3 to 7 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Dubai.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we send tracking details to the email address you used at checkout, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us at info@releafsuperfoods.com and we will put it right.

Returns and our 60-day guarantee

Your first pouch of Releaf is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Drink Releaf daily for up to 60 days, and if you are not satisfied, we will refund your first pouch in full, even if it is opened or empty.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
